Hornby: Anything for the beginner. Some nice engines. Child friendly.

Bachmann: Mainly engines, rolling stock and some train sets. High detail.

Dapol: Engines, coaches, plastic kits, spares and a range of special wagons.

Hatton's: Large shop in Liverpool, large range of all things model! Buy Online

Metcalfe: Very good card kits, easy to build and they look great too! I recommend their platform kit!

Gaugemaster & The Engine Shed: Excellent shop in Arundel. They have nearly every model name, UK and overseas, if they don't have it, they'll get it in! They specialize in controllers. Buy online.

Mainly trains: loads of modeling names in stock. Buy online

Langley Models: Mostly White metal kits with excellent details. Vehicles, people, animals, scenes etc...

Phoenix paints: Every paint item under the sun!
